Udong Gage

Udong Gage is a Japanese restaurant in Pyoseon, Seogwipo, serving udon, donkatsu and fried dishes. The udon comes with chewy noodles and a clean broth, and shrimp tempura and inari sushi can be ordered alongside it. A wait forms during lunch hours, but orders are placed at a kiosk and side dishes and water are self-service. The broth is not heavily salted overall.
