The Waiting

The Waiting is a restaurant at the entrance of Pyoseon in Seogwipo that serves Japanese-style tonkatsu. Its signature dishes are deungsim katsu and ansim katsu, and the tonkatsu can be dipped in perilla oil. Last lunch orders are at 2:30 p.m. and last dinner orders are at 8 p.m. The udon broth has a different flavor from typical broth.
