Tamma Fisheries is a hoe (raw fish) shop near the entrance of Seogwipo Olle Market, selling takeout assorted hoe (raw fish platter), mackerel hoe, yellowtail hoe, and ttak-saeu (small lobster-like shrimp). Fish is caught and sliced to order, and hairtail hoe is included as a service item. Takeout assorted hoe (raw fish platter) takes about 15 minutes, and white kimchi, vegetables, and ice packs are packed together. At the neighboring restaurant, customers can pay a table setup fee and add maeuntang (spicy fish stew).
