Sorinine Hoetjip is a small raw-fish restaurant in Seogwipo, in front of the number 4 entrance of Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market, selling live-fish hoe and seafood. The menu includes ttak-saeu, squid (hanchi), yellowtail, and filefish, along with various side dishes. The fish is sliced to order. The low prices posted at the entrance do not appear on the menu inside.
