The jwichi doenjang jiri uses a doenjang-based broth with radish, cabbage, and chili, and comes with the roe and cheek meat from the jwichi head. Jwichi doenjang jiri can be ordered at 9 a.m., and a wait is expected around noon because the restaurant fills up before lunch. Arriving late means ordering only mulhoe instead of tilefish jiri or jwichi jorim.
