Olle Jangteo Guksu

Olle Jangteo Guksu is a noodle shop in Seogwipo Olle Market in Seogwipo, serving gogi-guksu, myeolchi-guksu and bibim-guksu. The gogi-guksu uses somyeon in an anchovy-based broth, topped with soft front-leg pork. An elderly woman prepares only as much as she will sell that day and cooks each bowl to order. Noodles and meat are served separately for children.
