Matna Sikdang

Manna Sikdang in Seogwipo serves hairtail jorim and mackerel jorim, and the menu holds only these two fish stews. The hairtail jorim is braised with radish and chili in a sweet, pleasantly spicy sauce that is meant to be mixed with rice. The public parking lot next door is available and is free only on weekends and public holidays. The wait is long, so numbered tickets are handed out starting from early morning.
