Kalguksu Yeonguso Noodlelab

Kalguksu Noodlelab is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant in Seongsan, Seogwipo, near Seongsan Ilchulbong. It serves bomal kalguksu, pat kalguksu, and hwangtae kalguksu, with the bomal kalguksu pairing green noodles with a thick, rich perilla seed broth and thin, chewy noodles. Many of its customers are local residents, and it is also visited for breakfast. The restaurant has a parking lot and a restroom, and its kalguksu prices are on the high side.
