Jejugomjip

Jejugomjip is a meat restaurant in Seogwipo that grills Jeju black pork ogyeopsal and pork collar over charcoal. The meat is par-cooked first and finished over the charcoal fire, then eaten with meljeot, anchovy sauce, or gosari. Staff trim the bones from each serving of meat, grill it, and show diners how to eat it. The meat and seafood set carries a high price.
