Jeju Haepung

Jeju Haepung is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant across from the Seogwipo Fisheries Distribution Center in Seogwipo, Jeju. It serves course meals of wild-caught striped beakfish, bukbari, and longtooth grouper (dageumbari), along with hairtail jorim and jiri (clear fish soup). When you order, staff explain the flavor of the fish you chose, the order the dishes arrive in, and how to eat them, and rooms are available. Because the hoe centers on wild-caught fish, prices are on the higher side.
