Heuisinne in Seogwipo is a chicken restaurant serving dakgomtang, dakkkangpunggi, and naengmilmyeon. Its seafood jjamppong is boiled in chicken broth, combining smoky vegetables with a deep soup, and the chicken naengmilmyeon pairs chewy noodles with a sweet-and-sour broth. Lines form at lunch, though by around 2 p.m. you can sometimes enter without waiting. There is no parking lot, so you have to park on the street nearby.
