Baekgihaenyeoui Jip is a seafood restaurant in Seogwipo, in front of Gwangchigi Beach, serving abalone porridge, sea urchin seaweed soup, and mulhoe. It uses abalone, sea urchin, and conch caught by haenyeo, and the mulhoe comes in a tangy broth that is not overpowering. From the outdoor seats, diners can hear the sea and see Seongsan Ilchulbong, and they can walk straight down to Gwangchigi Beach. The seafood platter is on the small side.
