Hibi & Kohaku

Hibi Ando Kohaku is a Japanese home-style restaurant in Hyodon, Seogwipo. The Hibi set meal comes with fried chicken thigh, fried vegetables and chicory under a soy-based sauce with acidity, while the ebikare includes large shrimp and a salad. There are about five tables and no signboard, and a wait forms from opening time with shared seating. The seasoning is on the salty side, so it does not suit people who eat bland food.
