Heukdwaeji Jaturi Gui Sikdang

Heukdwaeji Jaturi Gui Sikdang is a grilled-meat restaurant in Seogwipo that serves black pork jaturi gogi. The jaturi gogi has little fat and a springy texture, and it comes with chives seasoned in sauce and house-made side dishes. The pa jeori is mixed to order as soon as the order is placed, and doenjang jjigae is served alongside. The meat's texture is on the chewy side.
