Heugmiga

Heukmiga is a restaurant in Seogwipo, Jeju, that serves dombe-gogi-style suyuk and hoe. The suyuk comes in a rich broth and is finished with kalguksu, eaten alongside makgeolli. After the evening hours pass, additional meat and broth are not available, and the restaurant closes once the day's ingredients run out. The broth is light, but the meat flavor is on the mild side.
