Hahyo Someri Gukbap

Hahyoso Meoriguksbap is a beef-head soup restaurant in the quiet Hahyo-dong neighborhood of Seogwipo, away from the usual tourist routes. It serves meoriguksbap, seolleongtang, and beef-head suyuk, with a clear but rich and mild broth. As an old, long-established spot, it puts a generous amount of beef-head meat into each bowl. The clean broth without any gamey smell and the side dishes are both well regarded.
