Haewat

Haewat is a seafood Korean restaurant in Seongsan, Seogwipo, about 15 minutes from Seongsan Ilchulbong. The menu centers on hairtail jorim, mackerel hoe, and mulhoe, with grilled hairtail and grilled tilefish (okdom) also served, and side dishes use garden vegetables and Jeju ingredients. The hairtail jorim takes more than 15 minutes after ordering and arrives in a ttukbaegi with large hairtail, potato, and radish. The mackerel hoe comes with instructions on wrapping it in seaweed with seasoned rice.
