Haenyeo Specialty Store

Haenyeo Teuksanpum Panmaejang is a small local restaurant near Seongsan Ilchulbong that serves seafood ramyeon, abalone porridge, and hoe such as abalone and turban shell. The ramyeon is filled with abalone, octopus, ttak-saeu, clams, and crab that haenyeo have caught themselves, and the abalone porridge is made with turban shell added. The abalone porridge and ramyeon are cooked to order, live abalone is taken from a tank and cooked in a pressure cooker, and there are only four tables. The exterior does not look like a restaurant, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
