Gosumokma

Gosumokma is a restaurant in Pyoseon that specializes in horse meat and is frequented by local residents. Its signature dish, horse meat yukhoe, is mild with no gamey smell and has a chewy texture. The course includes yukhoe, charcoal-grilled raw and marinated meat, and galbijjim, followed by gomtang at the end. The galbijjim is on the tough side.
