Giunne Heukdwaeji

Gieunne Heukdwaeji is a neighborhood grill house near Seogwipo Olle Market that cooks black pork ogyeopsal and pork collar. The ogyeopsal and pork collar have a chewy texture, and the meal comes with yeolmu noodles made with myeolchi jeot and house-made yeolmu kimchi. Steamed egg and doenjang jjigae arrive as basic side dishes, and the owner refills anything that runs low. The pork is not as thick as Jeju geun-gogi.
