Gieung Eomul is a seafood restaurant in Seogwipo's Olle Market that sells takeout mackerel hoe, assorted hoe, and ttak-saeu hoe. Customers pick fish such as mackerel and ttak-saeu, and the staff prepare them as hoe on the spot. Staff clean the chosen fish immediately and explain each type. The condition of the hoe is not always consistent.
