Danke Olle Guksu

Dangke Olle Guksu is a noodle shop in Seogwipo that serves bomal kalguksu, bomal juk, and gogi-guksu. The bomal kalguksu, its signature dish, has knife-cut noodles added to bomal juk and a thick broth. The shop opens at 8 a.m., and a wait forms during busy hours. Cheongyang chili pepper goes in by default, so the broth is quite spicy.
