Chemyeon

Chemyeon is a restaurant in Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, serving Japanese ramen alongside Jeju beef. Its heukmaneul ramen adds black garlic to a thick tonkotsu broth, and the beef is grilled at the table on a personal burner. Seats by the window are single seats, and each seat has its own ventilation vent. The ramen can be ordered as a half portion, and the broth is on the salty side.
