Bagatelle

Bagatel is a bakery in Seogwipo that bakes sourdough, baguettes, and olive fougasse. The olive fougasse holds plenty of olives and stays moist, and the chausson aux pommes gets its flavor from raw apples and vanilla beans. Visitors crowd in, so people line up to pay even at pickup, and a waiting line forms before 11 a.m. The distance makes it hard to stop by often.
