Seopjikoji Observatory

Seopjikoji Observatory in Seogwipo is a lookout point that faces the sea and the coastal landscape. From it you can see the blue water, wide grassland, and white foam breaking against black volcanic rock cliffs. A walking path around the observatory runs along the sea. The wind blows very strongly here.
