Seogwipo Astronomical Science Museum

Seogwipo Astronomical Science Museum is an observatory in Seogwipo where visitors view stars and planets through telescopes. Observations cover the Big Dipper and Polaris as well as the surfaces of Mars, Jupiter, and the Moon, with a video shown before observing. It opened in June 2006, requires advance reservations on its website, and night observations depend on good weather. It is closed every Monday.
