Sanghyowon Arboretum sits on the mid-slope of Hallasan in Seogwipo, where visitors see seasonal flowers and a gotjawal forest together. It holds camellia, hydrangea, tulip, chrysanthemum, and pink muhly festivals in their respective seasons, with photo spots and cafes along the walking paths. The sightseeing train takes about 10 minutes to circle the arboretum, and a bouncing playground is next to the main building. In seasons when flowers are sparse or finished, there is less to see for the admission fee.
