Decoy is a small bar in the basement near Seodaemun Station in Seoul that serves whiskey and cocktails. It makes cocktails to order, including an Old Fashioned and a highball, and also offers a selection of whiskey. The underground space keeps the music low, so talking is easy. Orders can be placed in English.
