Bueongi Sanjang Sinchon Branch

Buongisanjang Sinchon is a Korean pub in the center of Sinchon, near Sinchon Station, serving Korean-style anju. Its gopdori-tang combines boneless chicken, gopchang (grilled intestines), and vegetables in a spicy broth, while the cheese gamjachae-jeon is topped with a generous layer of cheese and pairs with makgeolli or highballs. The interior has a mountain-lodge feel and extends to a second floor, so seating is ample and moving around is easy. Food can arrive late, and the portions are modest enough that two dishes for three people may not fill them up.
