28 Chonggak

28Chonggak is an izakaya in Chunghyeon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, near Seodaemun Station. At lunch it serves a donkatsu baekban with unlimited refills of the donkatsu, along with sundubu doenjang jjigae, bibim noodles, and side dishes. In the evening it offers a course of aged hoe, fried dishes, and grilled fish, with individual items also available. The portions of hoe are on the small side.
