Yujinok

Yujinok is a noodle restaurant near Gangnam Station in Seoul that serves dak guksu and bokkeum myeon. The dak guksu comes with soft chicken and a clean, deep broth, and there are also deulgireum dak guksu and eolkeun dak guksu. The deulgireum guksu is served with chicken and garnishes, and the ttaengcho sauce is available on request. Tangpa dak is a side dish of chicken coated in glutinous rice batter, crisp outside and moist inside.
