Yangjae Chicken

Yangjae Dakjip is an old-school fried chicken restaurant in the basement of Yangjae Jonghap Sijang in Maljukgeori. The menu lists only chicken, which is trimmed to order and fried in a cauldron, and dakttongjip twigim can be ordered separately. After 6 p.m. a wait forms, and the chicken takes 30 to 50 minutes to come out. Everything except ordering is self-service, and the shop is not well cooled.
