Woowajeong

Uwajeong is a private-room hanwoo restaurant at the entrance of Seorae Village in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Staff grill deungsim, chaekkeut, and saewsar on a griddle, and an induction cooktop set into the table reduces smoke and meat odors. At lunch there are bulgogi dishes and a daily lunch menu, and when booking a room, ordering meat for the number of people avoids an extra charge. Prices run high.
