Wondang Gamja-tang(pork back-bone stew)

Wondang Gamjatang Sadang Branch is a Korean restaurant near Sadang Station serving gamjatang, dakbokkeumtang, and kodari across its second and third floors. The signature gamjatang comes with generous pork bones and potatoes, and potato-skin dumplings are also available. The second floor is spacious while the third floor is centered on group seating, and on weekdays tables are open at 6 p.m. but a wait forms after 7 p.m. The aged kimchi pork bone jjim carries a strong sweetness that seems intended to hold back the sourness.
