Udon Kinu

Udon Kinu is a Japanese restaurant in Bangbae-dong, Seoul, serving bukkake udon, kake udon, and tonkatsu. The Sanuki-style hand-cut noodles are chewy, and the bukkake udon comes with a thick sauce and two pieces of fried fish cake. Sets include udon, tonkatsu, soy sauce rice, and side dishes, and extra noodles can be added to the bukkake udon. The tsuyu is on the salty side.
