Uidaeok is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves beef ribs, located in the food alley on the inner side of Sadang Station. Orders center on Uidae galbi, with galbi and nakyeopsal also available. Staff grill the meat at the table and cut the meat attached to the bone later. The interior is loud, making conversation with companions difficult.
