Sushi Dou

Sushi Dou is a sushi restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, that serves omakase and operates by reservation only. The shari and neta are large, so a single meal includes many pieces of sushi. Reservations are made through Poing, and the restaurant is counted among the places that are difficult to book. Some of the sushi has neta with a strong seasoning, which makes it taste salty.
