Sundol's Chicken Restaurant

Sundori Ne Tongdak Jip is a chicken restaurant in Seoul that serves nurungji tongdak and cheese tongdak roasted over firewood. Whole chickens are infused with oak smoke, pressed on a griddle to form nurungji, and served with gochu twigim and garlic stem muchim. A cabbage salad comes by default, and the gochu twigim is filled with seasoned meat. The nurungji tongdak has a crispy exterior and a moist interior.
