Songgaok

Songgaok in Gyodae serves gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), and other beef offal such as yang and yeomtong, grilled over charcoal and on a griddle. The menu also includes naejang stew and gopchang jeongol. The restaurant is in a building basement with no large sign, so it can be hard to find. Corkage is free regardless of the type of alcohol, and without a reservation at least two days in advance, walk-in dining is difficult.
