Seonhwa-ui Gogi grills beef galbi and chadolbagi over charcoal, and sits close to Naebang Station. Its signature hwangje nabigalbi-sal is galbi-sal trimmed into a butterfly shape and coated in a mild garlic-aged marinade. Owner Lee Seon-hwa, introduced as a meat master, trims the meat herself and makes the side dishes herself, including baek-kimchi, lotus root, and dasima ssam. The Uiroun set comes with yukhoe, steamed egg, and kimchi stew, and the tables are spaced widely apart.
