Seongcheon Makguksu Nonhyeon

Seongcheon Makguksu Nonhyeon is a makguksu restaurant near Nonhyeon Station Exit 3 that serves dongchimi mul makguksu, bibim makguksu, and jeyuk. The mul makguksu places buckwheat noodles in an aged dongchimi broth with almost no sweetness or sourness, while the bibim version adds sesame oil aroma and a spicy seasoning. Noodle water comes on request, and mu jjanji can be eaten as is or mixed with daddaeji, vinegar, and mustard to accompany the jeyuk. A nearby paid parking lot must be used, so going by car is inconvenient.
