The hoe naengmyeon uses thin noodles topped with spicy seasoning and hoe, and the meat on the galbijjim separates easily from the bone. Without a reservation you wait in line, the lot is small so valet parking is used, and the seasoning on the naengmyeon and galbijjim is strongly sweet.
