Seocho Myeonok

Seocho Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Seocho-dong, Seoul, serving Hamhung-style cold noodles alongside mandu and galbi dishes. Its hoe naengmyeon mixes chewy noodles with firm raw flatfish and a spicy, sour, sweet sauce, and bokkeum bap is added after galbi jjim. Each table has a kiosk, and bibim naengmyeon comes with warm naengmyeon broth. The galbi jjim is lightly seasoned.
