Samchajib

Samchajib is a frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant near Sinsa Station in Seoul. It serves altari kimchi, scallion salad, sundubu (soft tofu stew), and steamed egg, with chadolbaegi and samgyeopsal (pork belly) grilled in sequence. Nearby office workers come for lunch, while the evening menu pairs dishes with drinks. The interior is not spacious, and when several tables dine together, the side dishes are placed in one shared set at the centre, which can be inconvenient.
