Puergo Gangnam WEST is a grill restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving Spanish Iberico pork and aged hanwoo beef cooked over charcoal. It is easy to find from Gangnam Station Exit 5 on the Shinbundang Line, and staff grill the meat at the table while explaining each cut and how to eat it. The interior is upscale, with private seating and separate rooms that draw group diners. Meat prices are on the high side.
