Pho Hoa

Pho Hoa Arts Center Branch is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seocho-dong, Seoul, serving pho and donkatsu in front of the Seoul Arts Center. It offers yangji pho and yangji chadol pho alongside donkatsu, and ordering donkatsu brings a small bowl of pho as well. Food arrives quickly after ordering, the dining room is large, and cilantro must be requested separately. Pho comes in medium or large, and the medium portion is large enough to fill an adult man; the broth is not rich.
