Jinseon Yangjae is a Chinese restaurant in Yangjae, Seoul, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and yangjangpi. The menu does not list ganjjajang, but ordering jjajangmyeon brings out jjajang in the style of freshly stir-fried ganjjajang. The jjamppong contains a lot of bamboo shoots, the noodles are chewy, and the broth is not spicy and is refreshing.
