Odoroki

Odoroki is an udon restaurant near Sinnonhyeon Station in Seocho-gu, Seoul, serving hand-pulled Sanuki udon and tonkatsu. The menu includes tsukuten udon, chikuten udon, cold udon, and hot udon, with noodles that are soft on the outside and chewy. On arrival, you write your name on a waiting list and are called in order, and there is also a counter seat for solo diners. The shop sometimes fills up, which creates a wait.
