Nets

Netz is a Japanese restaurant in Bangbae-dong, Seoul, serving donkatsu, aged hoe, and sushi. The anshim donkatsu has a light, crisp coating and tender meat, and the salmon is aged in-house for a chewy texture. Orders are placed directly on a computer terminal, and the kitchen and hood are free of grease. Udon and soba are also on the menu.
