Miuya

Miwooya is a Japanese restaurant near Yangjaecheon in Seocho-gu, Seoul, serving pure buckwheat soba, udon, tempura, and rice bowls. The pure buckwheat noodles have a high buckwheat content and break easily, while the broth is light and not salty. The restaurant opens at 11:30 AM and takes waiting-list entries by tablet from 11:00 AM, notifying customers via KakaoTalk when it is their turn. At lunchtime the wait runs 30 to 40 minutes and can exceed an hour.
